NSFW Chatter Jobs — Remote Adult Chat Operator
An NSFW chatter runs a creator's explicit fan conversations in her persona — sexting, roleplay, custom requests — and sells pay-per-view content inside those conversations. At Bunny Agency the role is remote and shift-based, paid as a base rate plus performance bonuses, and it starts at $2,000–$3,000 a month, rising to $6,000+ for top performers. The content is explicit and the shifts include nights; if that is a dealbreaker, this is not your job.
By Sophia Brecht, CEO & FounderBunny Agency people teamWhat does an NSFW chatter actually do on shift?
You log into one creator's inbox and, for the length of your shift, you are her. A typical eight-hour evening shift:
The first thirty minutes are handover. You read the notes from the chatter who just logged off and rebuild every live conversation from the CRM: who was mid-negotiation on a custom, who said something that will hurt if you forget it. Nothing later works if you skip this.
The first two hours are the backlog and the new subscribers. Anyone who joined while nobody was on gets a real welcome, in her voice, within minutes — a fan is never warmer than in their first hour. Meanwhile you work the overnight queue, deciding for each person whether this is a conversation or a sale.
The middle of the shift is the actual work: live explicit conversation, several threads at once. Sexting, roleplay, negotiating a custom video at a price the fan will actually pay. You send a pay-per-view from the pre-approved library when the moment is right, and the whole skill of the job is knowing when that moment is. The chatters who earn most are not the ones who send the most PPVs — they are the ones who can tell a fan who is buying from a fan who is lonely. Only one of them wants a number right now.
The last hour is re-engagement and CRM notes, so the next chatter does not start cold. Throughout, you stay inside the creator's stated boundaries — “the fan offered a lot of money” is not a reason to cross one — and anything breaking her limits or platform rules gets escalated to a moderator rather than improvised.
What do NSFW chatters get paid, and how?
Base rate plus performance bonuses on PPV sales and revenue generated. The base is what you plan your life around; the bonus is what makes the job worth being good at. We publish the ranges rather than saying “competitive”, which is what agencies write when the number is not.
Entry
$2,000–$3,000/mo
Your first months, learning personas, pricing and the content library.
Typical
$3,500–$5,000/mo
A settled chatter on a full shift schedule.
Top performers
$6,000+/mo
Driven by the bonus, not the base — the people who convert conversations others let go cold.
We do not offer commission-only contracts, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does: it moves the employer's risk onto the person least able to absorb it. For what this role pays across the industry, read our OnlyFans chatter salary breakdown.

Who is this job not for?
We would rather you worked this out from a job page than from your first shift, so here are the parts nobody advertises.
The content is explicit and you will be writing it. Not implying it — writing it, in detail, for eight hours, on a schedule. Plenty of people are fine with adult content in principle and find they are not fine with producing it on demand.
Nights and weekends are the job, not the exception. The most valuable shifts are the hardest to staff, because a mature account earns most of its money while the creator sleeps. If you need a nine-to-five schedule, we are the wrong employer.
Some fans are rude, and you handle it professionally anyway. Most are not. Some are. You do not get to be sharp back — and you do not get to take it home either, which is a real skill.
It is measured work. Your shift has revenue targets and your conversations get reviewed. If you would rather do the reviewing than be reviewed, look at the chat moderator role instead.
How do you apply, and what happens next?
Four steps, and we tell you where you stand at each one. The whole process usually takes under a week.
- 1. Application — your details, your written English, and the shift you can actually commit to. Be honest about availability.
- 2. Screening call — a short conversation about the role as it really is, explicit content included, so both sides find out now rather than in week three.
- 3. Paid trial — a paid trial on a real account with a moderator reading over your shoulder. This is where we find out whether you can read a conversation.
- 4. Training and onboarding — personas, pricing, escalation and platform rules, before you get an inbox of your own.
